Develop new business opportunities for disposable items in assigned markets.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
Identify potential customers through cold calls, field visits, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with the logistics/dispatch team to ensure timely delivery to clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and payment follow-ups.
Attend trade shows, events, or exhibitions to promote products.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer requirements.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Sales/Marketing.
1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, packaging, or disposable products industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop client relationships.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
