Reporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, distributors, and customers in the Satara territory to promote and sell company products/services.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and address their queries.
Collect market feedback and competitor information and report to the management.
Execute promotional campaigns and on-ground marketing activities.
Maintain accurate sales records and daily reports, submitting them to the Team Leader.
Ensure timely collection of payments where applicable.
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th Pass; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Proven experience in field sales is an added advantage.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about sales.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the Satara region.
