About the Role
Housivity is seeking dynamic and proactive B2B Sales Executives to strengthen client relationships in Ahmedabad. The role involves onboarding and managing Builders, Developers, and Channel Partners, ensuring seamless project listings and supporting deal closures from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, and real estate channel partners across Ahmedabad.
Pitch Housivity’s services and onboard new projects/property listings.
Manage client communication, negotiations, and long-term associations.
Coordinate site visits, listing verification, and backend support with internal teams.
Ensure deal closures with consistent follow-up and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate reports of visits, feedback, and active inventory.
Requirements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in real estate sales or B2B field roles preferred.
Ability to manage on-ground client interactions and project onboarding independently.
Willingness to travel daily within Ahmedabad.
MBA/BBA candidates preferred (performance will be valued over qualification).
