We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive fertilizer sales through door-to-door marketing and direct customer engagement in urban and peri-urban areas. The role involves meeting urban farmers, gardeners, nurseries, housing societies, and retail outlets to promote and sell our fertilizer products.
Conduct door-to-door visits to promote and sell fertilizer products directly to urban customers.
Identify potential customers, including home gardeners, nurseries, landscaping companies, and housing communities.
Demonstrate product benefits, provide usage guidance, and address customer queries effectively.
Achieve monthly sales targets and expand the customer base within the assigned area.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer feedback, and daily activity reports.
Participate in local marketing drives, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Coordinate with the regional sales manager for inventory, order management, and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat sales and referrals.
