Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to onboard new merchants and acquire customers.

Promote and sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and QR Scanners.

Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to merchants.

Achieve a daily target of at least one sale per day.

Maintain accurate customer interaction records and daily sales reports.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with merchants.

Ensure excellent post-sale support and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma

Experience: 3–6 months in sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)

Mandatory: Two-wheeler with valid driving license

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel daily within assigned area

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Conveyance: Fuel reimbursement provided

Incentives: High monthly incentives based on performance

Sales Target: Minimum 1 sale per day
