We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our corporate transport services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our employee transport and corporate travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in employee transportation, corporate travel, and shuttle services.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, references, and market research.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close contracts.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and prepare regular reports for management.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in corporate transport, logistics, or service industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of local corporate market and client base.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
