Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of incense sticks to retail outlets, with a focus on general stores. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, particularly general store owners, to introduce and sell Pastigest Design incense sticks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting product features, benefits, and competitive pricing.

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, track competitor activities, and suggest strategies for market penetration.

• Organize product demonstrations, participate in trade shows, and collaborate with the marketing team to boost brand visibility.

• Prepare sales reports, track inventory needs, and provide feedback on customer preferences to improve product offerings.

• Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and expand our distribution network.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales (at least 1-2 years), preferably in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or retail products like incense, home essentials, or similar items.

• Strong network and connections with general store owners, wholesalers, or retail distributors – candidates with an existing contact base will be preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport and close sales effectively.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
