We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales over the phone.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Follow up with leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Basic computer and CRM software knowledge.
Ability to handle rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
