Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to potential clients, businesses, and partner locations

• Actively generate leads through on-ground market research and door-to-door interaction

• Present and promote 1XL’s offerings to customers during face-to-face meetings

• Follow a structured field route plan and visit schedules to optimize territory coverage

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with field contacts and local businesses

• Understand the unique needs of each customer and suggest suitable solutions

• Submit daily field activity reports including number of visits, outcomes, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

• Keep track of competitor activity and local market trends while in the field

• Represent 1XL with professionalism and integrity in all customer-facing activities
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in field sales or B2C/B2B direct sales.

• Strong willingness to work on-ground, meet clients, and build personal rapport

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence and be comfortable with city travel

• Familiarity with the Pune area, especially Thergaon and Pimple Nilakh, is an advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English

• Proficient in using mobile apps, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic sales tools

• Target-driven with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision

• Professional appearance and approach suitable for face-to-face client interactions
