Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory. You will represent the company in the field and help increase revenue by actively promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Could you identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities?

Visit customers on-site to present and promote products/services.

Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a field sales executive or similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
