Sales Executive – IT Sales (4+ Years Experience)
📍 Locations: Indore, Ahmedabad, Raipur, Pune, Gwalior, Bhopal.
About the Role :-
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive – IT Sales with a strong background in selling IT services such as:
✅ Website & Web App Development
✅ Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
✅ Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Branding, etc.)
✅ Bulk SMS & Email Marketing Services
The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in B2B/B2C IT sales, be skilled in lead generation, client conversion, and strategic selling, and possess a deep understanding of digital services.
Key Responsibilities –
🔹 Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify potential clients and industries that need IT solutions.
Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools and market intelligence.
🔹 Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
Pitch and close deals for website development, app development, digital marketing, and bulk SMS services.
Identify client pain points and offer tailored IT solutions to drive their business growth.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms while ensuring high profitability.
🔹 Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer needs and provide solutions that add value to their business.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure excellent post-sales support.
🔹 Market Research & Competitor Analysis
Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ strategies.
Identify new opportunities for business expansion and partnerships.
Provide insights to the marketing & product development teams for competitive positioning.
🔹 Sales Target Achievement & Reporting
Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and development) to align sales strategies.
Requirements :-
✅ 4+ years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Software Sales.
✅ Strong knowledge of website & app development, SEO, PPC, and bulk SMS services.
✅ Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
✅ Ability to analyze client needs and deliver high-value IT solutions.
✅ Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented.
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales activities.
