We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a customer-centric approach.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Negotiate/close deals and handle objections.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, and client information using CRM software.
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
