Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven B2C Sales Executive to join our growing team in the solar energy space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching solar products to residential customers, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role plays a key part in accelerating the adoption of clean energy at the household level.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate residential leads through field visits, door-to-door campaigns, events, referrals, and digital channels.
Conduct site assessments and explain technical and financial aspects of solar systems to homeowners.
Customize solar proposals based on customer requirements, energy consumption, and site feasibility.
Follow up with leads and prospects, managing the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM tools.
Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for installation planning and post-sales support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Educate customers on solar incentives, government subsidies, and financing options.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (in Business, Engineering, or related field).
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C field sales (solar/renewable energy experience is a big plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-site visits.
Familiarity with basic electrical or solar concepts is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
