As we expand our presence in Jaipur and surrounding regions, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell interlocking rubber flooring tiles to clients in B2B and B2C segments.

• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Develop strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, and builders.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.

• Conduct product demos and site visits as required.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and close sales deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain client records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline; background in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales (preferably in flooring, tiles, interiors, or related products).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Must be familiar with Jaipur and surrounding markets.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, CRM tools if applicable).

• Two-wheeler preferred for local travel.
