Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer with proven experience in the solar energy sector. The candidate should have a strong background in the sales of Solar Modules, Inverters, MC4 connectors, DC Wire, ACDBs, DCDBs, and related equipment, and a solid network among Solar EPC companies and developers. This role is essential for driving growth in our solar division and building long-term partnerships across the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for Solar Modules, inverters, MC4 Connectors, DC Wire, ACDBs, DCDBs, and related equipment
Build and manage relationships with Solar EPC’s, Developers, and Industrial Clients
Understand project requirements and provide Technically suitable and cost-effective solutions
Prepare and submit Technical-Commercial offers, conduct negotiations, and close deals
Conduct on-site meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations as required
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and after-sales support
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion
Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitive products
Attend relevant trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads
Location can be either faridabad or Gurgaon.
Requirements:
Solid technical understanding of Solar Modules, Inverters, MC4 connectors, DC Wire, ACDBs, DCDBs, and related equipment
Experience in dealing with Solar EPCs, developers, and project consultants
Proficiency in email communication, quotation preparation, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits
Two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license is mandatory
