Job Description: Field Sales Executive (Solar Panel Company)
Position: Field Sales Executive
Industry: Solar Panel / Renewable Energy
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience + incentives)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Requirement: Two–wheeler vehicle is mandatory (with valid license)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Customer Visits
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients for solar sales.
Generate leads through field visits, market surveys, references, and area mapping.
Explain company products, solar benefits, ROI, subsidy process, and installation flow.
Product Presentation & Consultation
Provide on-site assessment for solar feasibility.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solar panel capacity (kW) and solutions.
Present product brochures, quotations, and technical details.
Sales & Conversion
Follow up with customers regularly for closing deals.
Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and convert leads into sales.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Documentation & Coordination
Collect KYC documents, site photos, and load details from customers.
Coordinate with design, technical, and installation teams for project execution.
Update daily sales report (DSR) to office/manager.
Field & Site Responsibilities
Conduct site survey if required (roof measurement, shadow analysis, panel placement feasibility).
Coordinate with DISCOM for net-metering related formalities (if part of company process).
Support in installation supervision (only coordination, not technical work).
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relations with existing clients for referrals.
Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/Gujarati preferred depending on region).
Basic understanding of solar systems (Training will be provided).
Ability to work independently in the field.
Smartphone + 2-wheeler with fuel.
Sales background preferred (Solar sales experience is an advantage).
