Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive with a proven background in barrel sales to join our field sales team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business leads for barrel products through field visits and direct client engagement.
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in barrel sales or a closely related industry (packaging, industrial containers, or chemical drums preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding field sales targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
Equivalent field sales experience will also be considered.
