About the Role We’re hiring our first senior sales team member to help build InfraBid’s network of construction companies, subcontractors, and equipment owners across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. You’ll be responsible for onboarding all stakeholders, explaining how InfraBid works - both over phone and in person. This is a high-ownership, on-ground sales role, ideal for someone who understands the construction space and wants to grow with a startup. You’ll report to our Panjagutta office, which we share with a well-established construction firm - so you’ll be working in a real industry setup, not alone in a remote role
Responsibilities
Onboard contractors, subcontractors, and equipment owners
Visit vendor sites across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh
Call leads and follow up regularly
Report to our Hyderabad office (Panjagutta)
Maintain records of calls, visits, and follow-ups
Share market and vendor feedback with the team
Requirements
Based in Hyderabad (or willing to relocate)
Comfortable making phone calls and field visits
Fluent in Telugu; Hindi & English are a plus
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Self-motivated, energetic, and reliable
Bonus: Experience in construction or civil industry
