Field Sales:
Visit potential and existing clients/customers daily to promote and sell products or services.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and market visits.
Demonstrate product features and provide relevant solutions based on customer needs.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Collect feedback and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in field sales or field marketing preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork extensively.
Good negotiation and customer handling abilities.
Basic knowledge of marketing and sales tools.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
