Job Title : Sales Executive
Key Purpose of the Job
Handling and co-ordinating with the distributors to achieve the sales targets.
Daily Gate meetings with the team in head quarter towns, downloading the planning
and drive for the day to achieve the secondary vs primary.
Responsible for productive daily prospecting calls to increase sales.
Ensure accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
Monitor / track closely the competitor's activity, their share and strategy in the market
and take proactive steps to increase sales.
Ensure all standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals
and closes the cycle.
Ensure proper adherence to all Company policies, procedures, and business ethics
codes.
To ensure that quality assurance procedures are implemented, and documents are
updated for the continuation of ISO 9001 certification.
To develop innovative sales promotion schemes towards enhancing the sale of the
product as well as establishing the image of the company.
Achieving the sales target in the assigned territory.
