💼 Job Role: Sales Executive – Loan Against Property (LAP)

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities:

Source LAP business from branch network and open market

Explain product features, eligibility, terms, and benefits to customers

Manage customer relationships and ensure smooth processing

Responsible for end-to-end documentation (Pre & Post sanction)

Track leads, maintain DSR and update CRM systems daily

Participate in business development events and on-ground activities

Generate cross-sell leads through self-sourcing and referrals

Follow all compliance and operational procedures

💰 Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 In-Hand
