We’re looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to strengthen our market presence in North India. This role demands a consultative approach to B2B and B2C selling, deep relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage long sales cycles for high-value technical solutions.
Business Development: Proactively identify and connect with potential clients such as architects, builders, developers, and corporate buyers.
Sales Execution: Own the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and client referrals.
Market Outreach: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and tap into new growth opportunities.
Technical Consultation: Offer product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and address client queries confidently.
Proposal Management: Draft and present quotations, proposals, and contracts, ensuring alignment with profitability goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with installation, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Professionals from the elevator/lift industry (preferred), high-end construction, architectural consultancies, or premium product sales.
Strong network with architects, real estate developers, and consultants.
Ability to engage in value-based selling, especially for high-ticket, technical products.
Demonstrated expertise in consultative sales, handling objections, and closing complex deals.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in B2B or solution-based sales.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
