Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our e-commerce team. The role involves driving sales growth, acquiring new customers/sellers, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met. The ideal candidate should have a passion for e-commerce, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting products/services.
· Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients for bulk gifting solutions.
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, and Procurement departments of companies.
· Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
· Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries in a timely manner.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and vendors.
· Assist in developing strategies to increase platform sales and customer engagement.
· Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and seasonal gifting demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of online marketplaces, digital sales channels, and customer acquisition.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
