Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source potential customers interested in home loans through networking, referrals, and site visits.
Educate customers about home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and process flow.
Assist clients in completing loan applications and guide them through the end-to-end loan process.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in home loan or financial product sales (banking/NBFC preferred).
Strong knowledge of mortgage and lending products, especially home loans.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
