We're seeking an experienced Distribution Salesman to join our team in Pune. As a Sr. DSM, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution channels, and expanding our presence in the liquor distribution market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth: Achieve sales and other targets and drive growth in assigned territories.
2. Distribution Channel Management: Manage and optimize distribution channels, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and customers.
4. Product Promotion: Promote our products and brands to increase visibility and drive sales.
Requirements:
1. Liquor Distribution Experience: Proven experience in liquor distribution or similar industry is mandatory.
2. Field Sales Experience: 7-12 years of field sales experience, with a focus on distribution channel management and sales growth.
3.Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the liquor market, trends, and consumer behavior.
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
