Position Summary We are seeking motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Representatives (DSRs) to strengthen Eggoz presence in the market. As a DSR, you will be responsible for driving sales through retail and distribution channels, ensuring product availability, visibility, and consistent engagement with trade partners. This role requires strong relationshipbuilding skills and the ability to execute sales plans effectively to support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Sales Execution: Generate orders from retailers/distributors, ensure daily sales targets are met, and expand market penetration. • Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring smooth order-taking, delivery coordination, and addressing concerns. • Reporting: Maintain sales records, share daily updates, and provide market insights to the sales team. Requirements • Prior experience in FMCG/general trade sales preferred (freshers with strong drive may also apply). • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets effectively
