The Build and Life Division focuses on delivering innovative wood-based panel solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional infrastructure, offering premium quality, durability, and environmentally conscious products.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales of particle board products by identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and ensuring satisfaction through the sales cycle. This role demands strong market knowledge, customer engagement, and technical understanding of wood-based panel products.
● Sales Generation & Revenue Growth
● Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for particle boards in the assigned territory.
● Identify new business opportunities in the construction, furniture, and interior design sectors.
● Drive sales through channel partners, dealers, architects, contractors, and OEMs.
● Market Development
● Expand the customer base by onboarding new dealers and distributors.
● Conduct regular market surveys and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
● Promote awareness of the Ecoboard brand and the Build and Life product line.
● Customer Relationship Management
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
● Ensure timely follow-ups, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
● Address customer complaints and queries efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
● Technical & Product Support
● Provide technical assistance regarding particle board specifications, grades, and applications.
● Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure timely deliveries and product customization if required.
● Reporting & Documentation
● Maintain records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
● Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Sales acumen with negotiation and persuasion skills
● Knowledge of particle board and wood-based panels (MDF, HDF, etc.)
● Ability to work independently and handle a sales territory
● Problem-solving mindset and customer orientation
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field)
Experience : 0-2 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in building materials, plywood, MDF, or particle board industry
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and local language(s)
As per industry standards, with performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
Frequent travel within the assigned region to meet clients and attend site visits. Occasional participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and product demos.
