Job Description – OTA Manager

Role Overview
Responsible for managing and optimizing OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings ( Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.), handling guest queries, driving sales, and ensuring smooth booking operations. The Manager will additionally oversee the team, handle strategy, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all OTA (Airbnb, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, etc.) listings for accuracy and visibility.
- Develop and implement pricing, inventory, and promotional strategies to maximize revenue.Lead, train, and supervise OTA Executives/team members.
- Monitor sales performance, occupancy, ADR, and generate regular reports for management.
- Maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers to negotiate better placements and promotions.
- Ensure rate parity and compliance with OTA policies.Handle escalations, disputes, and guest-related issues from OTA channels.
- Track market trends and competitor analysis to improve online ranking and sales.Drive guest review management and reputation improvement strategies.

Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
Good communication skills (English & Hindi).
Knowledge of OTA platforms and hotel distribution systems.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Manager: Prior team-handling and OTA sales experience.
Experience
Manager: 3–6 years in OTA sales / hotel revenue management.
