Role Overview:

We are hiring Sales Executives who are energetic, self-driven, and have a passion for real estate sales. This role includes both office and on-field responsibilities in and around Dhanori, Pune. You will work closely with property buyers, builders, and developers to match customers with the right real estate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

-Generate leads through field visits, online portals, and walk-ins

-Attend client meetings, site visits, and property showings

-Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties

-Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients

-Coordinate with builders and internal teams for inventory, pricing, and closures

-Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure

-Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems

Requirements:

•Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales or any field sales (Freshers with good communication are welcome)

•Excellent communication and negotiation skills

•Basic knowledge of real estate locations in Pune (especially Dhanori, Kharadi, Wagholi, etc.)

•Two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory

•Must be self-motivated and target-oriented

What We Offer :

-Fixed Salary ₹14,000 to ₹21,000 (based on experience & skills)
