Computer hardware (printers sales)
- The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers through in-person visits. This role involves promoting the company’s products and services while meeting sales targets & ensuring customer satisfaction. He is responsible for new client meetings generated through telesales & self, conducting demo, regular follow- up and deal closure
. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Identify potential clients through Indiamart, Exhibition Leads, and Google Data etc. Make in-person visits to introduce and sell the company’s printers.
• Sales Presentations & Consultations: Conduct face-to-face presentations, understand customer needs, and offer tailored printing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Lead Generation & Networking: Actively seek new business opportunities through Indiamart, Exhibition data, networking, cold calling, referrals and attending relevant industry events and trade shows.
• Negotiation & Closing Sales: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring deals are closed effectively.
• Customer Service & After-Sales: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and co-ordinate with technical team, customer care and admin team to address their concerns issues and requirements related to their business
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitors to adapt strategies and stay competitive in the market.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance in the CRM system, reporting to the sales manager.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs set by management, consistently driving revenue growth.

• Location: Field-based (visiting clients, attending events, etc.), with some office work for reporting and administrative tasks.
