Job Title: Sales Executive

Reports to: Sales Head
CTC : Up to 35 K
Role & Responsibilities:
Identify key contacts at potential client companies and approach them to establish and foster a relationship.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and requirements to tailor cleaning service packages.
Present cleaning service packages and negotiate contracts.
Secure contracts and close deals effectively.
Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.
Work effectively with internal teams, including operations and marketing.
Preparing of quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations
Qualifications:
Any Graduate/ Diploma
Other Skills:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Fast-paced, works with a get-it-done attitude
Creative and a problem solver
Ability to build relationships at all levels and influence change to help teams deliver value
Experience in simplifying processes, challenging status quos
