Customer Acquisition:
Identify and source new customers for CASA products through field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
Onboard customers by assisting in account opening and documentation.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA targets.
Work under pressure to achieve sales goals.
Cross-Selling:
Promote other banking products like FDs, RDs, debit cards, insurance, etc.
Customer Service:
Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer queries related to accounts and banking services.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure proper KYC documentation as per RBI guidelines.
Adhere to internal bank policies and regulatory norms.
