Job Title: Merchant Establishment (ME) Sales Executive
Location: [Jodhpur]
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary (CTC): Up to ₹15,000/month

• Training Allowance: ₹2,000 (one-time during initial training period)

• Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹15,000/month

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new merchants for card acceptance and digital payment solutions

• Visit retail shops, restaurants, and other businesses to pitch POS/QR/payment solutions

• Educate merchants about product features, pricing, and onboarding process

• Collect KYC documents and ensure accurate and timely submissions

• Achieve assigned sales and activation targets

• Maintain strong relationships with onboarded merchants for continued usage and support

• Prepare daily/weekly reports and updates on merchant acquisition progress

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is mandatory)

• Gender: Male candidates only

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of sales/field experience preferred

• Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Confidence in field sales and interacting with business owners

  • Basic understanding of digital payments or fintech is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to do extensive field work

• Should own a smartphone and be comfortable using sales tracking apps

• Target-driven and self-motivated
