Job Title: OEM Sales Manager

Job Overview: Sequence Surface is looking for a dynamic and strategic OEM Sales Manager who has proven experience in managing and expanding OEM business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new OEM opportunities, nurturing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with the company’s overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and potential OEM partners.

2.Identify new OEM business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

3.Understand client needs and provide product solutions tailored to their requirements.

4.Exploring new business opportunities through systematic prospecting to generate business enquiries.

5.Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with OEM customers.

6.Coordinate with internal teams including production, logistics, and design to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.

7.Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence.

8.Conduct regular client visits, attend trade shows, and represent the brand in OEM-specific events.

9.Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic improvements.

10.Ensure after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction.

11.Excellent understanding of OEM sales cycles and customer requirements.

12.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

13.Ability to travel frequently and manage multiple OEM accounts efficiently.

14.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

15.Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

JOB CRITERIA:

-Must be open to travel within Bangalore

-Experience in OEM sales, preferably in the laminates, surface materials, or interior/building materials industry is preferred.

-Working hours: 10am-7pm

-Workplace: Sequence Surfaces LLP - Warehouse
