About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in engaging with HR and L&D stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, managing client acquisition, and supporting training demand generation across corporate accounts.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for training and learning solutions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Talent Development, and L&D teams across organizations.
· Conduct meetings, capability presentations, and requirement discussions with client stakeholders.
· Understand client training needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline development.
· Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
· Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
· Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech / Corporate Training / HR Solutions.
· Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with HR, L&D, and CXO-level stakeholders.
· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Excellent networking ability with a proactive approach to business development.
· Ability to understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
