Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

• Understand client needs and propose solutions that suit their requirements and budget.

• Maintain a database of prospective clients and follow up on leads.

• Stay up to date with the latest real estate market trends, property values, and industry legislation.

• Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to ensure properties are effectively promoted.

• Prepare and review sales contracts and coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure a smooth closing.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
