Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Officer – Home Loans to join our team. Your role will involve driving sales, building relationships with partners, and ensuring high productivity in your assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Area Mapping – Regular field visits to understand your assigned geography and find new business sources (like agents/builders).
✅ Source Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure business growth.
✅ Reporting – Maintain daily activity logs and sales reports in the required format.
✅ Channel Partner Recruitment – Identify and onboard new Business Service Associates (BSAs).
✅ Team Huddles – Attend daily team meetings and share updates.
✅ Customer Relationship – Help customers understand loan products, complete documentation, and handle objections confidently.
