As part of our ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to help grow our retail presence and dealer network.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door sales visits across the assigned city to meet with shopkeepers and retailers, promoting and selling ARD’s tool range.
Achieve monthly sales targets by building and maintaining relationships with retail outlets.
Provide daily feedback and sales reports to the senior team.
Coordinate with local Area Dealers to support distribution and stock management.
Build strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors in the region.
Visit the company office when required for training and performance reviews.
Participate in regular product and sales training sessions to stay updated on the latest offerings.
Resolve customer and retailer queries quickly and professionally in coordination with company support.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales and door-to-door field sales, preferably in tools, hardware, or similar industry.
Previous experience working with dealers and local distributors.
Smart, energetic, and well-presented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned area on a daily basis.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Basic skills in daily reporting and communication with head office.
Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
