Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in IT sales and services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. You should have a good understanding of IT products and services, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in IT products (hardware/software) and IT services (AMC, cloud solutions, support, etc.)

• Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, virtual demos, and product presentations to potential clients

• Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

• Collaborate with the technical team to create customized service proposals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales progress

• Collect feedback and provide suggestions for improving products and services

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Graduation in any Stream ,

• 1 – 3 years of proven experience in IT sales or service sales

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software, hardware, and services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales-related tech tools

• Ability to understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions

• Strong presentation and persuasion skills
