Sales Executive - Offroad Tyres Distributor

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by expanding our dealership network, generating new leads and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires extensive travel, with over 50% of your time spent on the road, visiting dealerships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and priorities potential dealership opportunities within assigned territories.
• Drive sales growth through extensive travel to client locations.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's dealer network.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential areas for growth. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications: • 1-3 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Graduate Engineers / Diploma Mechanical Engineers / Automobile engineering
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction or tyre industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
