Key Skills & Qualifications: -
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
Prior experience in EV sales, two-wheeler/three-wheeler sales, or battery sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Good knowledge of the local market and geography.
Basic understanding of electric vehicle components (motors, batteries, etc.).
Two-wheeler license (mandatory); own vehicle preferred.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, referrals, and social media.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Collect and understand customer feedback to support product improvement.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share with management.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
Support after-sales service coordination with the service team.
Promote brand presence at local exhibitions, trade fairs, and community events.
