About Active York:

Active York is a growing company focused on delivering quality products and services across various retail and distribution networks. We are expanding our footprint in Surat and are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive to help build and grow our business in the region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop a strong network of retailers and distributors across Surat and nearby areas.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

• Conduct regular field visits to cover designated areas, build relationships, and generate new business.

• Onboard new retailers and distributors to expand the company’s presence in the market.

• Ensure timely order placement, delivery coordination, and payment collection.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to propose strategic improvements.

• Report daily sales activities and update customer records using company tools or formats.

• Conduct product presentations and training sessions for distributors and retailers when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution sectors.

• Familiarity with Surat city and surrounding areas.

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet goals.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).
