Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling STP water filter machines while driving brand visibility and expanding market share.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients, including industries, commercial spaces, and residential complexes.
· Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of STP water filter machines.
· Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote AGT Infra’s products.
· Organize campaigns, events, and exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
· Manage social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.
· Collaborate with the design team to create brochures, advertisements, and promotional content.
Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.
· Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
·1+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the water treatment or environmental solutions industry.
· Strong knowledge of STP water treatment systems is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
