Position Title: Sales Engineer
Industry: Construction Equipment (Cranes, Forklifts, Backhoe Loaders)
Company Profile: We are the largest dealers for Escorts Kubota Cranes and Backhoe Loader variants, offering sales, service, and parts support across the region.
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / B.E. (Mechanical/Automobile)
Experience: 2–6 years in construction/heavy equipment sales (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply)
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell Escorts Kubota cranes and backhoe loader variants in the assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new customers across contractors, rental companies, infrastructure firms, and industrial sectors.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
• Conduct product demos and operator training for customer teams.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms of sale.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Provide competitor feedback and market intelligence to management.
• Work closely with service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
