Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hotels, residential societies, builders, homes, and retail stores regularly to identify and generate new sales leads.

• Engage with potential clients and retailers to understand their automation needs and promote our solutions.

• Build relationships with key decision-makers like hotel managers, society heads, builders, and store owners.

• Collect client requirements and share detailed information with the sales and operations teams.

• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.

• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

• Support marketing and sales teams with field insights and customer feedback.

• Represent the company professionally during all field visits and client interactions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with frequent travel and visiting multiple client locations daily.

• Ability to generate leads through direct interaction and relationship building.

• Organized and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.

• Basic computer skills including MS Office and CRM tools.

• Prior experience in field sales, retail sales, or lead generation is a plus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Travel requirements: 80–90%.
