Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on market conditions, prices, Loans and related matters. Served as Property Consultant for Residential Projects: marketed properties for new tenants; conducted regular property inspections.
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and provide consultation according to their requirement 4.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
9. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Preferred candidate profile
1. Proficiency in Hindi ,English. Knowing Marathi will be an added advantage.
2. knowledge of MS Office 3. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating technique
