We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who has some basic understanding of digital marketing to join our team ApnaLead. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 15K and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain ApnaLead’s verified lead services to potential clients.
Deliver structured presentations (online/offline) on how our leads help in real estate sales.
Build trust with prospects by showcasing lead samples and case studies.
Generate new business from real estate builders, brokers, and channel partners.
Identify high-potential prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Convert inquiries into paid onboarded clients.
Negotiate pricing, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and contract terms.
Close deals within timelines and ensure 30% initial booking payment.
Coordinate with the operations team to start the lead campaign.
Maintain strong relations with existing clients for repeat business.
Provide campaign updates and take feedback to improve performance.
Resolve client issues with coordination between sales and operations.
Maintain CRM data for new leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Share daily follow-up reports with the Sales Head (Prakash Tiwari).
Achieve weekly & monthly revenue targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and minimum 6 months experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 Working Days during the day shift.
