Gi Real Estate are seeking a motivated Sales Coordinator / Executive to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you’re passionate about sales, skilled at closing deals, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients to generate qualified leads.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling, tailored pitches for plots, flats, villas, and commercial shops.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships; encourage repeat business.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Reporting: Track activities in CRM, prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Education: Minimum qualification below 10th grade.
Experience: 0–6 years in sales, preferably in real estate or related fields.
Skills:
Excellent communication (English/Hindi) and negotiation abilities
Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a high-velocity environment
Proficiency with basic CRM tools or willingness to learn
