Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, product demos, payment follow-ups, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and installation.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for corporate clients.
Follow up with clients for payment collection and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Liaise with the Service Manager to arrange product installation and service support.
Assist the sales team with quotation preparation, order tracking, and client communication.
Maintain customer data and update daily reports in CRM or Excel.
Support management in achieving sales targets and improving client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business or Commerce).
1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer service.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
