Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation:Actively seek out and connect with potential new customers to sell life insurance policies.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, establishing trust and credibility.
Product Knowledge:Deeply understand various life insurance policies, their features, benefits, and how they meet client needs.
Needs Analysis:Guide customers through the process of identifying their financial goals and tailor insurance plans accordingly.
Sales Process Management:Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to policy issuance and subsequent customer support.
Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the organization's overall growth.
Compliance:Adhere to high ethical standards, maintain client confidentiality, and comply with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
Key Qualifications
Sales Experience:Previous success in a sales role, particularly within the insurance or financial services sector, is highly valued.
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client engagement and information presentation.
